Guy Barretta

CO-FOUNDER | FRANCHISE OPERATIONS & COMPLIANCE

Guy brings more than 20 years of real estate brokerage leadership experience at the COO level. He is the founder of Barretta Consulting LLC, with a background in operating systems, affiliate performance, and scalable brokerage support.

At Travel + Leisure Homes, Guy leads franchise implementation, affiliate onboarding, operating standards, performance systems, compliance coordination, and ongoing affiliate support.

Alex Ristovic

CO-FOUNDER | AFFILIATE GROWTH & SALES

Alex is a New Jersey broker-salesperson and former Regional Vice President for Central New Jersey. His background spans broker relationships, market expansion, sales execution, and organizational development.

At Travel + Leisure Homes, Alex leads affiliate recruitment, broker-owner relationships, market development, and sales execution. His focus includes the founding affiliate cohort, referral partnerships, and the development of the network’s growth organization.

Matthew J. Schweikert

CO-FOUNDER | BRAND, MARKETING & DIGITAL

Matthew’s background is in brand strategy, marketing, and digital growth, including brand identity, consumer digital experiences, affiliate marketing systems, and editorial content strategy. 

At Travel + Leisure Homes, Matthew leads brand activation, consumer-facing digital experience, affiliate marketing systems, content strategy, launch campaigns, and marketing performance
